Curt's cleaner is so convenient. They arrange pick up at your home or office and have it back in less than 2 days. Super friendly. I asked for light starch and I'm not sure I got that but I'm very happy overall. Great prices as well.

Staff was very unfriendly. Horrible customer service. They ruined my wedding dress and tried to hide their mess up by altering my wedding dress. Ironed on parts of my wedding belt to each side of the rib cage of the dress. Cut the wedding belt which was attached around the waist and is now hanging by the zipper in back because it was sewn into the zipper. Too hard to remove. The owner promised to refund me when I was with my husband, but as soon as my husband wasn’t around, the owner fought me on refunding me. His, I assume, wife then came to the front and waved her finger at me saying shame on you. I can’t believe you are doing this. This, as in, getting a refund he promised earlier that week. I told her I can’t believe she ruined my dress. Also, the owner stalked me on the internet. I felt threatened after he told me Longmont is a small town and I know more about you than you think. He didn’t like my attitude and said I hope you know this isn’t my responsibility, but I’ll make it right. He confirmed he was in the business for 34 years and has 11 businesses. Someone with that many years of professional experience should know their fabrics on what could be put into a solution and what cannot. The owner blamed the seamstress for not updating the cleaning instructions tag on the dress, which isn’t something that is actually done by seamstresses. He also tried blaming the cleaners that cleaned my dress before the wedding.

This is my go-to for dry cleaning needs because of the combination of fair pricing and excellent results! Additional comment: A short time after placing my review, I dropped off a suit and some sweaters. When I went to pick them up, they couldn’t find my items right away. The cashier came back and told me that the pants had fallen off the hanger and would need to be re-pressed. She asked if I could come back the next day. That’s what I get for placing a good review! Lol, just kidding. When I picked my clothing up, they gave me 20% off without me saying anything - great customer service!!
