$71 dollars for short acrylics. Not even Shellac. $10 to cut my cuticles, Even though that took less than a minute. I did each nail a different color and that was $5 π³. Thank god I had a gift card for half. They didn't have me wash my nails in between. I have never had that. For that price they should at least offer water. Never again!!!

Some of the people are rude and rush you, some are pleasant, it just depends who you get. I always feel pressured to make a color choice too quickly. They can get cross with you if need to come back and have them fix their mistakes. I had my daughters nails done once and while we both got manicures they just quickly painted her nails and let her loose. My manicurist wasnβt done and so it was hard to watch her, just a heads up. As an aside, their gift certificates can only be used at the location they were purchased at, not their other location.

Iβve gone to so many different places in this town for nails and have always been extremely disappointed. This place blew me away. I didnβt have an appointment, but I called about 15 minutes before I wanted to come in and they said of course we will have everything ready for you! And they did! Absolute luxury treatment. I got escorted to my pedicure station, and they did my pedicure and my acrylic set at the same time which was phenomenal. They did such an amazing job with the colors and application, and the treatment for my feet was to die for. I truly will never go to anywhere else. They asked if I was satisfied several times which was great also! And the foot massage was amazing too. I donβt remember the workers names, but it was a male who did my acrylics and a female who did my pedicure and you guys did amazing. Thank you so much!! I will see you guys very soon! π

Convenience and Availability is not always a good thing.. This nail salon is the the closest to my house, so I tried to give them a second chance. I received a regular pedicure by Sam today. She was nice at first, but I felt like she was disappointed that I did not want to pay extra for gel polish. I felt like she rushed cleaning up my cuticles, but I was not upset about that. When she painted on my 2 coats of polish, she blew on my nails to help them dry, and immediately put top coat on. On the first top coat swipe, she noticed my white nail polish came off and transferred on the brush!! And then she took the dirty towel, that she used throughout my pedicure, to wipe the brush. And continued to put the brush back in the bottle. When it was time to put top coat on, she brushed on top coat all over my skin too. After she was done with my pedicure, she gave me the check and grabbed her keys and began taking off her scrub coat to leave. It was odd that she didnβt check her work after, verify that my nails were dry, or see if I needed any assistance before I left. I believe Sam has great potential to be a great nail tech, but needs more training in customer service, sanitization, and polish application. Thank you for my pedicures I have had here, but I will be looking for another nail salon. Best!
