Ridgecrest killed my precious rescue Chihuahua/MinPin Mocha. I started with 5*****. They went above and beyond when my dual rear tires blew on the way down from Glenville to get an electrical bypass on the Chassis Switch (F53 Motorhome with V10.) I made it to Walmart, and no start from there on. The switch was dead. I waited for a mobile tech for days( that was ok,) but when the Walmart manager Joey called to complain, (He uses Ridgecrest to tow vehicles from their parking lot,) Ridgecrest sent out a back up tech with no knowledge of the bypass procedure instead of the guy who said he would be there at 5. The backup guy did get the rig running, the Walmart mgr is pointing toward the exit, and I left with more broken than I started with. NO AIR CONDITIONING! IT got HOT! My wee, beautiful Mocha was not looking well- she has a heart condition. On day 2, I drove to the Emergency Animal Hospital. It was 95 in the cab/coach. Mocha died on the way.

Called AAA around 10:15. Around 10:30 I got a call from the gentleman at Ridgecrest who said he was in Franklin and would be here in 40 minutes. He showed up about 10 minutes early, had me jump started in 30 seconds and was very thorough - making sure we let it run a little bit - turned it off and on again so we know it would start. Under promised and over delivered! A rarity these days from a tow service.

Our Hummer H2 had a flat, caused by a nail. After a very long drive up from Florida, we had no idea who to call to fix it. Triple AAA sent Ridgecrest Towing. They came in 30 minutes, and this gentleman was wonderful! He repaired our tire in no time and got us up and running to enjoy our vacation. Excellent service!
