This is our first time here. Looks like the patties are handmade. Burger was good. Thin, crispy patties with minimal muss and fuss. Lettuce and tomato didn't come on ours. I prefer to have that on my burger. Maybe I didn't pay close enough attention. The fries were quite unexpected in form-factor and quantity. A large fry is LARGE. They were very thin, maybe one-quarter the size of your average fry. They were closer to freshly made potato chips in consistency, crunchy, with no soft center like you're used to elsewhere. I didn't love them, but we managed to pound a bunch and still had to throw some away. (Apparently, there's a secret sauce they sell for use with the fries which we didn't try. I ordered a shake. The consistency was like soft serve icecream, but the flavor was good.

If you are at grand junction and have no options for food. Sure. Food at this spot is not comparable to other Freddy's. Meat is ultra thin and dry. Restaurant table and restaurant is not too clean. The worst is the girl who take our order is rude and not nice. Where is the customer service?!

Below average for fast food. I'd been to a Freddy's in Glen Carbon, IL and really loved the steak burger. Very disappointed here. It was hard to find a clean table. The staff didn't make my shake until after my burger was ready. Much room for improvement.

Went through the drive through and they had the worst customer service. The girl taking my order was very rude. When we went to the window to pick our food up the guy rudely handed it to me without saying anything and walked away from the window. They had given my food to the car in front of me and she handed it back to them. The receipt that was in my bag was from the car in front of mine. They didn’t give us enough straws and they didn’t give us any spoons. The hot fudge sundae only had a tiny bit of hot fudge. Very disappointing! The Freddy’s in Colorado Springs has much friendlier workers.

This would have to be answered by the food service industry. Hair netting is not required for all restaurant jobs but in most places I have done food service, (over 20 years ago) you had to wear a hat.
