It's decent. Clean. Ingredients are fresh. Portions are good sized, but this establishment lacks in some ways. I watched 3 people have wrong items or missing items in their pick up prepaid orders. I went to get a lid for my soup container and came back to my table with a bus tub. My tea, soup and other Togo box thrown away. When I addressed it I was told sorry about that. Certainly not overly impressed, and by watching the interactions for prepaid orders I would definitely never place an online order.

Portions and drink refills are generous. Staff was friendly and outdoor seating was nice. Ordering from the table with the app was easy, and the app is well made. Even let us order half and half tea! You get rewards from the app immediately. Nice little touches.

Food was good, but very expensive and we left hungry. We would probably go again,but forget the sandwiches, stick with the potato, soups and possibly the salads. Staff was great! Place clean! Good vibes!

Ordered a To-go order on Sunday. 3 items that were paid for were not received. Called that same day after we got home and asked if we could be reimbursed for the items. Manager said they were too busy to talk to me and would call me back. I never received a call back. I then stopped in to the actual restaurant on Tuesday to see if I can get reimbursed. They were yet again too busy to talk to me, took my info and said they'd call me back. Still no call back almost a week later. We paid an additional $10 for items we did not receive and have been continually put off by mgmt. Poor customer service.
