Water was puddling out of my Whopper, the fries were not good it was like they cooked them yesterday and froze them then reheated them. The soda fountain only had one drink that wasn't flat.

I am very disappointed with this burger king. They have ordered 3 times and they tell me that it is already closed, the time was 8:30pm. I do not recommend this place of lazy workers

Great food. You can walk in and order which is something you don't see very often anymore. Very clean

Alicia was very helpful as well as Emilio the manager who helped resolved an earlier issue on another shift. They redid the order and upgraded the meal and were very apologetic about the situation. I was very pleased to see this effort to make it right. I will indeed patronize this BK whenever I'm in the area.
