If I could rate a negative 5 star I would. They don't even deserve 1 star. Paying thru to Missouri with my 81 year old mother. Just wanted a coffee. After purchasing at drive thru we noticed cones were not full, and the fine middle had NO ice cream. Swung around and addressed it thru drive thru. The person there said he could do nothing for us because they only put ice cream on rim of cone. Ice cream is only in middle of cone by licking and pushing with our tongue. Uh, EXCUSE ME WHAT!?!? That makes zero sense!! Never EVER will I visit a Burger King as long as I live! You ruined a little old lady's evening . Thanks for NOTHING!!
