After 25 years my vacuum's motor died. I loved my Royal. Bought it at Starks all those years ago. Starks have been so helpful and knowledgeable through these years. Royals are made anymore, so I bought a Ricar vacuum. Hope it serves me well. The salesman Alex was great. I will never go anywhere else for anything I need, I never have.

Purchased a used vacuum used once and it broke.I brought it back the next day! The store staff was very nice and helpful the store lead as he described himself was horrible! I had turned in a full box of 6 bags a belt and a filter all new in original unopened packages the day before with my old vacuum and in exchange the salesman gave me 3 new bags at the time I thought it was not equal to what I had given but brushed it off. When I returned the Brocken vacuum today after one use. They refunded all my money but gave no compensation for all the rest of the items and had an attitude in justifying why I was due nothing. Customer service zero! I’ve purchased 2 vacuums from this business over the years. No more Costco here I come!

Jesse was very helpful and informative. I will admit that I am very drawn to modern looking TV commercial bag-less machines so when Jesse started telling me what they had with some other vacuums, I was wondering if it was going to be awkward convincing him to let me buy the sweet shiny bag-less I came intending to buy. But he did a great job of explaining the strengths and weaknesses of the different machines. His information guided my decision, what was going to work best for my family. He wasn't pushing and was very comfortable offering up the bag-less machines if that's what I wanted. Best yet, after selling me on a bagged machine, he happened to have one that was just traded in with almost no miles on it! I got a great vacuum at an even better price! It came with a great warranty and some free checkups! I am super pleased with my purchase. It works amazing and it was just what we needed!

Jesse Alexander is AWESOME!! Please be sure to go into the Gresham store Thursday, Friday, or Saturdays when Jesse's working for the absolute BEST service possible!! He's so knowledgeable, quick to help & a great all around guy! Add to that the fact that Starks always has whatever part I need or will order it specifically for my needs. Heck-most of the time I don't even KNOW what part I need, but Jesse & the Stark's staff NEVER over charge me or sell me things I don't need.
