We placed an order through the app. Somehow the app charged us twice. We called the store and were told one of the charges should drop off when we didn't pick up the 2nd order. Okay, fine. When we arrived to pick up our food, we were told that they had no record of our order and that we would have to pay a 3rd time (even though I'd already spoken with them about the order). They made us get back in line and place the entire order from scratch and had a really horrible attitude the entire time. Apparently there was no manager we could talk to in order to sort this out, instead we had a kid with bad attitude when kept directing us to 1800 TACO BELL with no intention of fixing anything for us. We will drive the 15 extra minutes to avoid this location going forward.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with no movement before going up to the door to see what was going on. Employees were sitting around and sword fighting with the mops. They finally came to the door and said they were closing soon and didn't notice the line wrapped around the building waiting. They served 4 more cars in line and cut it off before closing time. Terrible service!

The Chipotle chicken burritos have those crunchy bits in them they don't really tell you about that make it amazing! Plus it's the good flavorful kind of spicy not the I ate it on a dare kind.

Probably the best TB experience I’ve ever had. Food was fresh and made with care. Items were clearly marked and correct. I’ve been eating TB for 35 years so I know a thing or two about how bad it can get. Especially late at night. Hats off to the crew working 4/18/2022 at night. Great job!
