Went to the Tap Room tonight for dinner. Wife had the Tap Room Deluxe Burger while I had the Fish & Chips. Our waitress was great. She was on top of the refills. Unfortunately tonight our fries were warm and not fresh and crisp. Definitely did not feel like the dinner was worth the price.

Our server was rude and attempted to use subtle sarcasm to insult us on several occasions. I played the part. Ten minutes after arriving someone our server clearly knew were seated right behind us they were served consistently, fed immediately, and out the door before we recieved our first appetizer. Upon eating the food was 50/50. We were finally saved by a second server who saw our despair. Brought us our food and saved the day. Overall experience was disappointing. If you're one of my regular readers you know i rarely give bad reviews. Definite possibility to be a great place. I truly hope to revisit and see change. It was clear the manager was giving his all to try to keep it smooth. Hats off to you sir don't give up.

The quality and quantity of this restaurant has gone down lately. I order take out most of the time. I ordered the Cajun whiskey pasta like I always do, but this time when I opened my box I was very shocked. I literally got maybe 1 cup of pasta with 1 single piece of chicken, I can’t believe I paid $17 for a meal like this. I am so disappointed.

Great atmosphere, quite a wait for a table to open up and slower response at the bar while we waited. Our waitress was phenomenal and very attentive. Food was ok nothing stellar. The ribs were fatty and lots of cartilage with tendon pieces and over done. Appetizers were very decent if there was one I'd recommend it would be the parmesan truffle fries the burgers were pretty decent also. What really stood out was the dessert their carrot cake was amazing and the portion was colossal.
