for nearly $300 tonight, and making breakfast something you pay for as part of a package, ridiculous! When we booked the hotel-one of the reasons we booked it was for a free breakfast, and to come to find out there was no breakfast included in our night stay, I was very disappointed and shocked by the amount of money we paid to not have a complementary Metairie breakfast included it’s just mind boggling to me. The staff member, who is quite rude, stopped us at the entrance of the complementary breakfast station, and said we had to pay for it as part of a package. I would think paying $285 for one night should very much include a complementary breakfast for a five-year-old and an 11 year old with their dad. I will not stay there again!

Rooms were nice and clean and snacks refilled daily. We ate supper here one night and the food was not good. There were 4 in our group and two people sent theirs back.

I stay here a couple times a year for business and have no complaints. The staff is usually friendly and the rooms are clean and fairly priced

Courteous, clean, nay spotless. Air conditioning rocked. Room was spacious, beautiful and just really nice to be in. Bed was absolutely comfortable. Just wish they had a bathroom fan for ventilation after a hot shower. Small price to pay for incredible comfort. I would recommend this hotel over all others!
