One of my favorite stores but they really need to improve on their staffing. There is always a long wait to check out or at customer service. However I love shopping on the app and usually picking up my order curbside goes well! My last experience I went there to get a pair of shoes that I had found at dunhams but kohls had the darker color I wanted. It said one in stock. I found the style and there was a young guy working and he didn’t know what he was doing he scanned the shoe box and said the size I wanted was not in stock and left. Now the app said there was one in stock. Yeah someone could have bought them within the ten minutes I checked and hadn’t updated but then I saw a friendly gal walking by who I’ve noticed before Her name is Jamie (like me :) I told her what happened with the kid and she scanned and said yes it says there is one pair of shoes in your size. She helped look for them and then said let me check in back. Sure enough the pair of shoes was hiding back there. Thank you Jamie for finding me the shoes! As I told you you made my day! Kudos! You deserve an award !

Great sales and I found what I was looking for in my size. The fitting rooms were a mess though - clothes all over the floor on every stall.

I went there today to get my young sons clothes for 2 funerals we have to attend. Not a single classy dress shirt or pants in the place. It wasn't just them. Same story all over Baxter.

Friendly Staff, clean floors, but hanging racks full of incorrect items. Trying to check out they only have three cashier's and it takes forever to get through because of the extra long lines.
