Fantastic... rich, dense ice cream in fun flavors. Yippy Skippy (peanut butter with chocolate covered pretzels) was the best!

The ice cream is good for sure, but nothing too unique. You can find something similar at other places in excelsior. Licks is wonderful, however, because of its location. You can pop in and then head down to the commons, which is wonderful. Beyond this, I've visited here many times, and every time It's been a pretty nice, but not above-and-beyond, experience. The service is good, staffed entirely by carefree High School students. This isn't really a bad thing for an ice cream shop, however.

Licks Unlimited is a sweet little ice cream shop to visit. My family and I all had different flavors and my four grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the choices they made. There is limited space inside to sit down but we were lucky to have enough room for all nine of us but of course we were happily holding our little ones to conserve space. The gals working the day we were there, were super patient and helpful. We can't wait to go back again😇

Licks is always the best! Every time I come back to Minnesota I try to make it to Licks at least once. It's so cute and they've always got a ton of good ice cream flavors. They were open until 10 pm when we went.

There are several signs in the estabilshment with sayings like that. The place is tiny but has a bunch of cute decorations about ice cream, etc.
