Great owner! Meet Aaron :) friendly but sorry for people hoping to stay with there pets, people have ruined it for you possibly. Stayed over a month with family and we enjoyed it. However pool needs cleaning on bottom

Great place to stay at but there were some odd stains on the wall behind the bed in the room I was in and you can't have friends come to the pool without them being registered as a guest. Breakfast was amazing and the whole place looked great. Theres also a loft thats a hang out place that looks really cool.

Gross....Worst place I have ever stayed and I will never stay in another Amerivu again. We booked 2 months in advance and were supposed to be with the rest of our group. We somehow got stuck in the pet friendly area. It's a good thing we don't have allergies. Upon arrival our bathroom was gross. I'd post pictures if it let me on here. I took a picture of the tub and showed the front desk and asked if there was anyone available to clean. The unhelpful rude lady at the front said no not until tomorrow. Tomorrow is too late so I asked if there were supplies that I could borrow and was told no. We had to go out and buy cleaner just so that we would be able to take a shower and use the toilet. Aside from that there was someone's sandals left in the drawer next to the bible, dog hair stuck in the blankets, cat food under the fridge, and thick layers of dust on the ceiling fan and ac unit.

The main hotel seemed fine but we stayed in the smaller building next door because we have a dog. It cost $50 more, smelled bad, had hair in the tub, the sink was dirty. The manager came in at 10:30 and looked at the air conditioner but couldn’t fix it. She claimed it was because the windows were open. They had just been opened because of the stink and heat, meanwhile the air coming from the AC was not cool even when the windows were closed. At first we were told there weren’t any other rooms for pets but my husband pushed and we got moved to another room that was much nicer. My young kids had to get out of bed and move while my husband and I moved all of our stuff. The new room didn’t smell awful and the AC worked. The bathroom appeared cleaner too. However, I’m still wondering how one room can be decent and another four rooms down be so gross. $150 should at least get you a clean sink and AC.
