Stayed on first floor with king bed, nice and quiet, room was very clean. For the price and location, it was perfect.

The beds are very hard. The TV is too low. The rooms smelled clean and looked clean. However the customer service was not so great. Asked for an extra blanket and pillow and was looked at like I was crazy. I don't share a blanket with my partner. Then we would be to warm. We needed extra pillows because these are very floppy. Good for just one night. Not a long stay.

Check in went great. In the morning at breakfast a guest dropped the crock pot lid inro the gravy and there was no way to clean it up and no one around so she set it back on the pot the general manager came out and yelled "OMG who made this mess" I felt very uncomfortable and everyone started looking around. Then my room toilet clogged. I went to the desk to request maintenance the General manager was working and informed me that they don't have maintenance on the weekend and she could give me a plunger. She continued to explain again that they don't have maintenance. I said "ok then can you get the plunger." She handed me the plunger and began to help the next guest who had heard our exchange. As he was checking out she mocked me by saying in a sarcastic tone "well did your toilet work?" I called corporate to make a complaint they said I would get a call back in about a week about it. It's been 2 weeks and no call back.

To be fair and clear to the motel we never even got to stay was booking a room and told the front desk woman we had service dogs and she immediately said no uh ah sorry can't help you in the rudest way possible! Yet they say they allow pets and ours were state certified service animals and apparently that's not good enough for place! The blonde at the front desk could use a lesson in manners and hospitality.. Especially when your in the hospitality business!
