Terrible. Wait in drive thru for almost a half hour. Order was messed up. Went back through they still didn’t get order correct. The food was thrown in a bag in a manner we grabbed a soft shell taco and it spilled all over the other items. Was just shrugged off by kid in drive thru.

This has got to be the best taco bell in history. Let's just say we got treated like kings here. As I walked up the manager open the door for me. She literally went out of her way and opened that door. And they gave us extra food. And they brought the food to us. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that it's not at my house. But my friend Steve went to the bathroom and blew it up. And he said "that toilet paper is really soft"

We went here on Sunday May 8th & noticed several patrons waiting for there food. I understand they are busy but we waited 45 minutes for our food! They gave us free coupon & cinnamon sugar twists for waiting. Better than nothing but when food did finally come it was luke warm tacos & nacho fries cold. Yuck! Would not recommend this location. Very poor service!

Large order. Shorted Cinnabon balls in half. Forgot the drinks, and the fries. Wrong burritos made. When asked for just the missing items (fries and drinks) was given attitude from the manager. Tossed empty cups when I kindly reminded it was slushies was given more attitude and he walked away. Another employee came and asked and got me the correct drinks. Not only that but as I waited for the order the first time all employees loudly and rudely talked about my order. I get times are stressful but that's no excuse for being openly rude especially when I was nothing but polite to them. This makes up my mind to never come here again. Current management is exteremly unprofessional and disorganized. I'm not even one to write reviews but service here was terrible!
