Good food, like always. Also, i like their veggie based burgers like the impossible burgers, which are as good as their normal burgers.

The workers all looked like they just got released from jail but the food was the worst only good was the fries and nuggets. The burgers were like sloppy joes and had things like mustard or onions on them that we ask not to be on them. This location is off a ramp while traveling out of town and expect more but terrible!

The girl at the counter was nice and that was the only positive part of this experience. She rang is up for shakes because she didn't know the shake machine was down. The manager wouldn't just give us the refund in cash and said it had to go back on my debit card but instead of refunding just the shakes she refunded the entire order ($29) and charged us again for the rest of the food($22) and told me to expect the refund to my debit card in 3-5 business days. As if that wasn't distasteful enough, I took my food to the table and the cheese on my whopper w cheese was on top of all the lettuce tomato onions and pickle, so the cheese was ice cold and solid.

I get staff shortages but WOW! She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a drive thru!! We usually prefer Burger King over other fast food, this was the worst ever! The burgers were COLD. Like not even a little warmth in the meat. And they messed up our order.
