Everytime I give this location my money = it's NOT worth it!! They always get the food wrong no matter how long u have to wait for it. Then most employees I've dealt with are RUDE and LAZY. Its ridiculous...this location needs new employees.

Winchester,VA Burgerking seems to always close early!! Went there again tonight at 11:45p, suppose to be open till 12a. But NOPE already closed. They was inside still but only cleaning, wouldn't answer the speaker or window. The foods not been great lately their either so McDonalds it is !!

I'm happy to say that cleaned up nicely. Tables, floor, and bathrooms were all very clean now. The staff was nice, and the food was very typical of Burger King.. The soda machine was out of several flavors again, but that had my favorites, so I didn't care much.

The woman that was manager at 12:30 pm on 1/24/2022 needs customer service training! I was placing my order at the drive through and she went off on me. My order went this way: #2 with cheese, large. Before I could finish what I wanted added and removed from my sandwich, she got in a hurry and asked me what I wanted to drink. All I said was “I’m not done yet” she got upset. I didn’t even say it in a mean way. After she got upset I told her not to get “pissy” and she called me “rude”. I’m 69 years old and want to finish my sandwich order before I forget something. I have been a regular customer at this Buger King for the past 3 years but that shouldn’t matter whether I’m a 3 year customer or a first time visitor. Customer service that bad is uncalled for and not good for business! I will not be back! You lost a steady customer. I’ll go to the Burger King off exit 317 which is actually closer to where I live.
