The experience working with Vyve, specifically Valerie Helme and service technician Mike was fantastic. My installation was a bit complicated because of new construction. Valerie was incredibly helpful and always attentive keeping me well-informed as we worked on a solution. So far the service has been great. I wouldn’t think twice about using Vyve.

Valerie is the best, she needs a raise. Her customer service is exceptional. If it was not for her, vyve would have lost a costumer. I have had problem with my internet the past couple of weeks, have called, waited on hold for over an hr before hanging up, called again and when I did get someone they did some test and said they would get back to me, never did. I finally went down to the office and Valerie set up a service call for me. The very nice guy came out and helped did some things and it still did my internet went out. My roommate called to set up a new router, they would not allow him to since he was not on the accout holder and said I could not authorize him to be on my account. I emailed Valerie and told her I wanted him full accessed to my account, she had it done in within minutes. The local office needs to have a number to call locally to get real help, because they are the only ones who actually care about the customers. Valerie is the only reason why I am staying as a customer.

I am a contractor for Vyve and I can genuinely say that Valerie at the sandpoint office has more knowledge and professionalism than most dispatchers on the hotline. She not only helps me in my daily work but prioritizes the customers needs. She will always put the customer at the front of line. I consistently tell people if you are in the area and have an issue, come to the office in Sandpoint and talk to Valerie she is the best in the business.
