I'm Me

We were patients here for about four years. My kids saw Taylor, and he was fantastic, but now he is gone. I saw Chelsea, and I liked her as well, but now she's gone. So we made the decision to leave. A factor in my decision, honestly, was a Facebook photo/comment that one of the remaining doctors posted, which made it clear that this doctor looks down upon people who choose not to get the covid vaccine. (Mind you, this is in a town where a LOT of people choose this way.) It's fine to have opinions, but to condescend on social media to those who make different choices? Yikes. Does NOT make me want to be that doctor's patient. We will now be giving our money to a clinic that respects personal choice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fogglesong for about two years now. I'm a veteran and have several back issues. At first I absolutely loved going here; it was close to the house, the Dr. was really nice, and stuff was getting done. Unfortunately, they just kind of started to go down hill. I was supposed to be put in for several referrals but they never manifested. I called 4 times and they kept promising me that they would be put in and in fact "the Dr. is working on them right now." Yeah, that was a lie. I have had enough. I don't enjoy being in pain. Then, my wife started seeing Dr. Fogglesong as well. She had a routine checkup for woman stuff and my wife said that she barely even did anything. Low and behold, we get a bill for $150 because they charged so much that our insurance wouldn't pay for it all. I thought those types of checkups were free, but I guess they aren't if you charge too much. We will be going elsewhere for our care from now on. I would not recommend this office, and I would suggest that you take the extra time to drive down to Spokane for better care.

The staff are great! Professional, organized, and efficient! I have been a patient there for 7 years and have zero complaints.. and I absolutely love my Dr.! He is awesome! His nurse/ assistant, is always in a positive mood and has a great sense of humor! He seems to truly enjoy making people laugh...I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

We absolutely love Dr Figueroa and his nurse, but that has been about the only pleasant experience we have had. More often that not there is not follow through/up, the receptionist has been rude and short on more than one occasion. No one ever seems to have the same answer about appointments or hours of operations. The last interaction that I had with receptionist was less than pleasant and uncomfortable to say the least. We initially thought it was just because of COVID, but this has now been the 3rd less than stellar interaction. I hope based on reading other peoples reviews, that this is just a rough patch because we really enjoy Dr. F!
