Every now and then one is available to rent. More often I see them for sale though. You kind of need to drive through and see who has signs up. I think Treaty Rock Realty handles most of the ones for sale there.

Lucky pines costs 340 depending on the placeyou get into i believe, i always pay a late fee of 25 dollars cause i get paid once a month after rent is due but they work with you as long as you keep them in the loop. New Manager is very kind and helpful.so you'd probably need around 700-1000 to get on and get going. Spots are very limited tho people snag them up like candy lately. Those are just safe numbers not exact k...
