I needed a light fixture for my 2021 Jayco 5th wheel. I called the parts department at Campers Inn and spoke with Christine Clark on Friday September 16. She was so pleasant and helpful. She ordered the part that i needed while i was on the phone with her. She took the time and was not rushed. I was very surprised that she ordered it as i was speaking to her. She was very knowledgeable. The part arrived on Wednesday September 21. This is the quickest i have ever received a part ordered from any rv dealer. If you need any rv part i highly recommended calling Christine. She will take care of your needs very efficiently. Thanks Christine for doing such a great job. It was really appreciated.

I contacted the dealership thru the website for internet pricing on a Jayco 335RDOK and got a return call from a salesperson V about the trailer my wife and I were interested in. She called me and I ask her to send a description with options and a price. She said she would contact me shortly. Six hours later no call back. I texted salesperson and was informed that she was busy and would call me later. It’s been 2 hours and still no call back. Guess this dealership doesn’t want to sell a trailer. Very frustrating!!

I found the stock of campers they have to be very limited, they only carry pretty much one brand. And almost no used inventory. The guy that helped us was nice however.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left with our camper was an extraordinary experience. Thanks to Mark for his positive and humorous attitude, then to Ryan for putting all the pieces of the puzzle together perfectly, Mike for his pleasant laid back vibe, and most importantly lewis who taught us everything about our new camper.
