Pretty beach. Visitor center was closed. Bathrooms were closed but they did have porta potties

Tim and Rosie were both so welcoming and friendly. Great place to stop to get info about what to do while you are in the Glod Beach area. We found out about three activities we enjoyed by visiting.

Building is a bit worn and the restrooms are closed (porta potties available) but inside is nice. Hosts are helpful and there is a lot of travel information available for here and other coastal areas. A swing set and picnic tables are available. Easy parking although the entrance could be tricky with a large rig, steep downhill entrance. Fairly easy walk to the beach. Some deep sand if that gives you trouble. Wide beautiful super clean beach right here in town!

Rochelle Hawkins | Aug 21, 2018
Tracie Camp | Aug 21, 2018

Rogue Outdoor on North side of town to get binoculars, also, Jots Resort, and whale watching spots I visit, include the visitor center, the jetties on the North and South side of Patterson Bridge. Also , Otter Point headed North Towards Nesika Beach on old Coast Road . Timing would be early morning, or mid afternoon. Have fun!😀
