It was really hard to give this rating, because I thought about it for awhile and didn't want to say anything, but there is a server at this location that can be pretty hostile. I flinched a few times while he was in front of me. It was intense. Although, he might have just been having a bad day. I don't remember his name, only that he is a thin guy with short dark brown hair, and a nice leather belt. Overall, food is excellent though. 👌🏼

I was at this restaurant quite recently within the past week, and I ordered steak and eggs for breakfast. The sourdough muffin had mold on it and the steak was so tough I couldn't even cut it with a serrated knife they provided me with. I had to discard about half the steak. The waitress offered to replace the steak but I declined because I was in a hurry.

I give 5 stars for the wonderful compassionate customer service provided by the young man who served our table today. This restaurant clearly understands how to treat elders with respect, and take the time to communicate with those who may have disabilities. Our server made everyone feel important and was patient with our small group. The food was hot, fresh and delicious as always. Thank you Shari's for CARING about your customers! I highly recommend this restaurant and will return with more groups.

Sharis is usually decent however, I was severely disappointed with my latest order. I have been DYING for some good eggs Benny. I ordered Sharis (to go) and was super excited, once I sat to eat the meal however..I discovered instead of 2 poached eggs to blanket the ham and English muffin, I received 2 practically hard boiled eggs in a condiment cup to place on to with another condiment container of hollandaise sauce to attempt to cover both sides of the English muffin. In the past I have had decent sandwiches, however I would not recommend for eggs or eggs Benedict.
