I’m a little irritated I was told my hose would be done in an hour. They didn’t tell me they closed at 4 and it was essential I get the hose back today. No one called me to update me. I’m very upset about the lack of communication from the employee working with me. It should have been disclosed about the time. This has caused issues for me tonight.

Was told 45 to an hr. I'm still sitting here 2 1/2 hrs later. They don't want to be bothered until you get a text. The last time I checked customer service is important. Not here.
