The booster box prices are higher than online. They make a big deal about their 25% discount on booster boxes, but it's still about 15% - 30% higher than what you find online, at least for the box prices I've compared. As an example, the Digimon New Awakening Booster Box is sold online for $70, across all websites. They're charging $90, with an inflated MSRP of $108 (Bandai has booster packs at $4.19 x 24 = $100.56). They said I could return the box, but I live far away and decided not to drive just to return a box.

Yes, they offer in store credit and cash trade in rates. I have sold them cards a few times and was very satisfied with the value.
