Really funky, cramped with many permanent RV residents. Worked fine for a quick overnight stop. Management welcomed us promptly and guided us to our spot.

Firstly, I have been staying here since mid September. First in room #4, and now in #15. Not to try and discredit anyone, but there has been no sign at all of bedbugs in either of the rooms I've been staying in. There has also consistently been someone in room #2, since I have been here. Maybe the people reporting bedbugs stayed here at a very different time, or reported the wrong room numbers? Dan and Suki are wonderful. I see them out doing various things on the property everyday. The place is old and rustic, and very charming. It's also well maintained and clean. They are pretty strict about extra guests, but it's in an effort to keep riff raff off of their property, they're not located in the best neighborhood. Dan warned me, when I came that they have 2 dogs and that the big one isn't always friendly with other dogs. I have never seen the big one outside without being on a leash. However, I never take my girl out, without carefully looking around to make sure it's safe for her, and I keep a close watch on the situation until I have her back inside. They do need to fix their internet connection and satellite TV, the service is a bit lacking. The internet won't stay connected, and the satellite signal flicks in and out, and often sounds like the channels are out of tune. That's the only reason I'm giving 4, instead of 5 stars. This is a great, economical and comfortable, place to stay.

Dan And Suki Are Wonderful And Their Furry Kids Are Always A Joy To See. They Are So Cool About Me Bringing My Little Fur Child And The Rates Are Great. Nice And Cozy Rooms With A Touch Of Old Fashion.

We have stayed several times when working in Spokane at the Fairgrounds. Its very convenient and now we have made it out place to go. The owners treat us very well so we have returned each time. It isn't fancy but the price is right and they are nice people. Good place for working people and bringing our little mutts along. Kinda feels like home

Best to call them for current rates and availability. Not a huge place. Really cute place though and owners are great!

Lol no absolutely not. You can't even have guests there after 8. Even if you checked in n said there'd be 2 or 3 people or whatever staying in the room. Like u cant have anyone else visit u after 8pm in your room if they're not the SAME PERSON you checked in with. I got kicked out of there actually after staying there for 2 or 3 weeks early one morning, woken up to the owner's pushy, hospitablly ignorant Asain wife, screaming at the top of her lungs,"you get out, you leave right now u have overnight guest past 8, I call police u go nowww!!!!" So I actually called the police n explained to them that I was packing up my stuff to leave but had done NOTHING WRONG N WASN'T going to just roughly pack up n throw all my things (new shoes, jewelry,, etc) all in my car n risk breaking or ruining things, to be threatened that way by a bitter, unprofessional, mail order bride (most likely) POS.Guess shes known to pull stunts like this before. Mind u I had no people there prior n did nothing wrong
