I love this business and the values they stand for! Their food is so tasty and I also like that the ingredients are locally sourced. They even have the macros (protein, fat & carbs) calculated out. I am a nurse, graduate student and live in two cities so it's safe to say without them, I would starve and not be eating this healthy. I am fueled and energized throughout my week thanks to Jenny and her team! :)

COVID Safety Practices: - All employees are health screened prior to starting shifts - All employees wear masks - Gloves are worn at all times handling food items or packaging - Sanitizing of all surfaces occur at least every two hours - Deep cleaning/sanitizing occurs weekly - Kitchen is closed to the public - We adhere to all Spokane Public Health and Washington State Department of Health laws and regulations put into place.
