Waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. I ended up leaving after 2 hours waiting.I would never come again. They definitely did not put the definition of "urgent" care in their priority.

If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would. I'm 36 and in good health. Been on my medication for anxiety for 3 years and thay insisted on seeing me every 3 months to milk me for copay. If I didn't show up they would hold my prescriptions hostage and not refill. These are non narcotic prescriptions. My new office only needs to see me once a year and thought this was ridiculous. Find a better place with better people. I'll never go here again. Pathetic, milking people for cahs in this economy.

My mom needs home health care, an app filled out for the wheelchair Spot bus, and a script for an easy go. I was told can't get any of it without an appointment but they are not doing office visits at this time. I believe all three can be handled with a virtual appointment and a fax machine. What about patient care OUTSIDE of Covid?
