I went for a late lunch, craving a sandwich. I prefer subway to any other sandwich place. I was the Only patron in the place it was 145 Tuesday. Ordered my sandwich, the girl behind the counter was placing the meat on the bread, and started picking at the little pieces on the meat, and actually discarded one of the pieces. I asked her if I could just get new meat, because I clearly saw her take the bad pieces off of it. She said yes. But the guy who was also working with her asked me what I said, I said i was talking to her, and she is doing what I asked, so no big problem. Few seconds later he said that she was trying to rearrange the meat, so he clearly heard me, and I said NO she actually discarded one it’s there… and pointed. He then turned to her and said she was able to refuse service to anyone. Clearly I left, and won’t be going back. Too many other places that treat people better than that guy, or this place. Dude, I saw her discard the bad meat! All I asked was for a new set of pre cut meat! That’s it!

Downgrading my review from a 5 to a 1 since they've been closed off and on for over a week during normal business hours with a sign on the door saying "sorry we're closed" or "We'll be open tomorrow" and I can never get a sandwich here. If you want a great alternative, check out Massino's in the same shopping center for a family owned business with GREAT food! This Subway is a waste of time.

Ordered smashed avocado on several sandwiches, and when I went to pick up my order the girl at the front said it’s still frozen so we didn’t give you any. I asked if we could get reimbursed and she said only her manager could do that and he is not here. She told me she promised to reimburse us and two weeks later we still don’t see a credit. Not impressed by this location. Never had an issue at any other location.

One solitary lady was doing it all. She apologized right away about the line. But... she didn't skip any safety steps. She changed gloves for food and again for money. She got all three orders just right. I like the new bread, by the way- not so mushy. I do miss the Subway Club. The new one has bacon instead of roast beef with the turkey and ham. To me, that balance is not as tasty. Today we tried Spicy Italian. It was tasty.
