This sewing shop is so great. From Peter, lisa, Cyndi , Susan , Eddie and Nancy they all are there to make your experience great. As I have found out it can be a big investment but the support they provide takes the anxiety down to a level so you can enjoy your purchases. They offer classes on a regular basis and are always available to help you carry in your machine if you need it. Any issue I have addressed to Peter he has taken care of in a prompt and kind manner. If you are going to buy a machine( or two) this is the place to do it. Easy access location and lots of parking.

Owner, Peter Chang is amazing! I recently visited a sewing store in P.B. looking for a Pfaff and was basically shunned when I was there. So I sent an email to Paradise Sewing and Peter replied almost immediately that they had the machine I wanted and sent me both the store phone number and his cell phone. I called him the next day and he was super friendly and he put my machine on hold so I could pick up on Saturday. It is definitely worth the drive from San Diego to do business here!

My experience at Paradise Sewing had been fantastic! Peter is a very pleasant, positive and engaging salesman who is wanting the best for his customers. I feel so blessed to have visited his store during the first few days of the quilt run during the first of March. He is very knowledgeable about sewing machines. Because of that I am a very happy new owner of a beautiful Baby Lock Crescendo sewing machine that is amazing. Lisa has been so incredibly helpful and kind when answering all my questions and had sat down with me personally to guide me. All other employees have also been friendly, so kind and helpful to me! I bought wonderful fabrics with personal help in selecting them for fit a quilt for my senior granddaughters graduation gift. Peter has a great crew - love coming to this place!

Always a fun experience. They have a great selection of quilting fabrics and supplies at below market prices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their machines. Peter will give you a great deal, but this isn't a high pressure situation, you feel like he wants to give you a great deal on the machine you want.
