I went in for a screen repair the top portion of my phone was cracked including my camera. I went in and Karen helped me choose the best screen at a very affordable price. The repair time was done really quick and my phone is working perfectly fine again. Would definitely recommend!

About three weeks ago I brought in my original model Xbox one because it was refusing to read any discs and making a really annoying grinding sound. When I tried to call this place to set up an appointment nobody bothered to answer. Later on I found out on Facebook of all places that the number listed on Google is not the same for this location. Today I go to the store and the clerk was not very communicative. I asked if the problem was fix or what the status was on the repair the bald gentleman behind the counter said that it was cleaned and it should run OK since they had taken it apart and could not find any hardware issues. I was supposed to get an email or a call if they did anything to the console. I asked what the deal was and the guy came up with the excuse of them being “extremely busy”. I can understand that given we are still in the midst of a pandemic but this is unacceptable. When I came home the grinding sound was still going on! Luckily I was actually able to find an Xbox series X so I’m going to transfer my data over, that being said this is still unacceptable! To sum it up terrible communication and customer service. If you want to find a place to fix your accessories go somewhere else. These guys are a joke.

These people are great. I had a brain bleed and I am currently disabled and have Vision impairment they worked with me so many times with the iPhone to talk to me but I couldn't get the hang of it. I've done them so many times though they didn't charge me. They finally fix the problem thank you. I recommend everybody to go to them. They got good people that work there. Thank you

I brought my phone in to be repaired and was treated well. The repair was done in a timely fashion and I was charged the agreed upon amount. I am not sure if it is the parts, or the workmanship, but my screen was not reinstalled correctly and popped out (breaking the new screen). UBreakIFix is not replacing my broken screen caused by poor workmanship and or unreliable non-OEM parts. Have repairs done here at your own risk.
