This place is a great place to live. This place is quite and all the neighborhoods are nice. There is never any issues. I’m on my second year here.

Office and maintenance staff are awesome! Cool to chat with and they are very professional. You can’t beat the price here. I am in the apartment industry myself and this building checks off all the right boxes. Parking is great. The place is neat and well kept . The walls are a bit thin but I haven’t had any problems. The appliances are a bit dated but everything works great. Great walk score and close to the highway. All this place needs is a gym

If you value privacy, go elsewhere. Feral children playing unattended in the thoroughfare, peering into ground level windows, leaving garbage & bicycles & other litter around. They don’t realize there is a designated playground? The maintenance staff are cool, save for his daughter, who meddles in the business of various tenants. I had to call the police no less than 9 times about the kids upstairs vomiting on my patio from above & constantly making noise after midnight. The place is well kept, neat & everything functions in the apartments for the most part. The rent increases are outlandish, however & just because it’s on hot property doesn’t make it worth what they charge.
