This is a favorite T-Mobile store of mine in the area! They were so knowledgeable and swift while my husband and I upgraded both of our phones. They were very clear and concise with their information. Jonathan was most helpful and detailed as the main associate who assisted us. We will be returning to this location for all inquiries and updates!

I usually dread having to visit a phone store, but my recent experience at the Northfield T-Mobile location was a pleasure, start to finish. Jonathan Velez should be teaching customer service. He was personable, professional, patient, and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Thank you , Jonathan, for restoring my faith in retail and humanity.
