Horrible experience tonight. I always dry my clothes at this place and all of a sudden I can no longer dry my clothes because I don't use the washing machine there even when I pay? There's a place on 78th and York that's half the price and is about to be the spot where I dry my clothes.

Every time I have extra big loads of comforters or blankets to wash I bring them to Mister Cleans! Equipment is well maintained and kept clean. Quarter change machine is always operational. And the place is kept very clean. The management and workers are very friendly. This is the place to do laundry @

Usually a pretty decent, low key place to do laundry. Definitely nothing fancy, but reliable. However, today Ioaded a couple of washers and put detergent and such in the machine only to discover I couldn't put coins in the any of the machines to start them. As there quite often is no one on site managing (there is a phone number posted) I was pretty much on my own, had to pull my laundry out and move it all to machines I had not wanted to use and wasted all the product I had already put in the machines. Today I am not happy.

Been coming here for awhile now and it was nice until today, the machine didn't wash correctly and I called for assistance and had to wait for someone to come here and then I'm being told that my clothes are washed, not even possible, the other machine I started first still had time on it, you can't push start less than a minute apart and the last machine finishes well over 10 minutes faster. I will find a different laundromat.
