Generally not a big Tops fan, but this location in particular stands up to their "flagship" stores in "better" zip codes. Has proven to be worth stopping in before schlepping up to Wegmans for a surprising number of oddball ingredients.

I don't think so. I think you can buy minutes on cards though

Now that the tops brand water bottles lables never stay on and the the bottle returns don't take them with out a lable how so we get our deposit back ?
