Went 20 minutes before closing, I got off work late and nothing is open late anymore because of "covid" unless it is fast food and the select few restaurants that do is ihop but instead of taking another table you turned us away, 20 minutes is enough time but you took so long to greet me that it ended up being 15 mins till closing and I already knew what I wanted. Lost a customer all so your employees could leave early because why else would the kitchen close down 20 mins early? Under staffed? I was 5 people look me in my eyes and I was told to wait so you could finish closing the store instead of actually doing your job and serving me.

IHOP needs to have a better senior menu for the ones that can’t eat very much. The best option we had for my dad was 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and 2 meat with it being offered with a second plate for me to share it but that’s not what I wanted for my meal. I get they don’t want to have the option of ordering just one pancake by itself. So, offer 2 eggs and 2 meats with one pancake. Something to think about.

Wonderful! I had take out order. Staff was super friendly and had my order perfect including napkins, Forks, and condiments! Restaurant looked super clean as well!
