Went to dinner at Old Chicago with just my spouse. We were sat right away and waited 10 minutes before stopping a waiter to find out who our waitress was. This gal got our drinks and was friendly. Finally our waitress came over after 20 minutes of waiting. Took our order which was only pretzel bites, wings and pizza. And then we wait again….. we were there a hour and 20 minutes when we finally got our appetizer. The waitress and manager both said our pizza would be right out 9 minutes later. You guessed it no pizza came out. After being here for two hours no complete dinner and the manager or waitress never came back so we left.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I don’t do reviews, In fact this is the first one. But the burger my fiancé ordered was absolutely disgusting. We ordered our food through Uber eats and the food was WAY undercooked, she ordered waffle fries, avocado and ranch with her burger (WHICH WE PAID EXTRA FOR) and didn’t get any of that. Said medium for the burger and the burger was borderline rare/medium rare like a sponge. Absolutely disgusting and made out of laziness just because we ordered later in the night before close doesn’t mean you can be lazy about your work

I thought the pizza was good (was hoping for more olive besides one thrown on each slice. More mixed in would have been better) and the desert cookie was phenomenal. We hit happy hour from 4-6pm so the beer pints and appetizers were half off. The chairs in the bar were unstable and rocked but good atmosphere

Went to the Old Chicago in Billings Montana yesterday (3-25-22), it was the first time we had been there in about 10 years and we now remember why it's been so long since we went there. It took 2 hours to get our food. The appetizers were great but when we got the entree we were too full to enjoy it because we waited so long to get it the other food settled, the Mac and cheese my sister got was dry like it had been under the heat lamps for a long time. They forgot my niece's wings and when they brought them they were the wrong ones. The overall experience was not ok. I don't think we will be going back anytime soon.
