I came to the Spine Center in the spring of 2021 suffering from serious sciatic pain. I was unable to walk more than 50 get without needing to stop, bend and stretch so that I could walk a few more steps. My lack of exercise and constant pain resulted in unhealthy weight gain. I was also experiencing neck pain. Imaging revealed many collapsed disks and spurs. After completing half of my therapy I was experiencing very little relief and I was getting discouraged. Dr. Albrecht and Dr. Bailey persisted in treating me. Thankfully, it was not long afterward that noticable improvement began. Staff had to repeatedly remind me not to overdo walking and thereby undo what had been accomplished. After completion of my therapy I began slowly increasing my daily walking distance. I can now walk miles per day without any pain. I give complete credit to St. Augustine Spine Center. God bless Dr. Albrecht, Dr. Bailey and their wonderful staff.
