I do not typically write Google Reviews, but I made an exception just to talk about how horrific this location is. They've dropped the ball countless times when it came to my prescription refills. Lack of communication, not getting the order in when they said they would, the works. My last experience there had an attendant update my address in their system from my childhood home out of state(!) to my current address...never mind the fact that I'd been going to that specific pharmacy for roughly 3 years. He said they'd sign me up for text notifications when the order arrived next day. The notifs never came, so I went in to learn my request wasn't even in the system! The real kicker was that I saw the same attendant from the previous day working the drive-thru window across the office. I was told to go to the consultation window, but I just up and went after that. The well of my patience had dried up. I haven't looked back since. Also, the surrounding area is a bit uneasy. Personally, I never dealt with being held at gunpoint or similar shenanigans, but I remember seven months ago that their "24hr" pharmacy needed to have temporary hours for roughly a month due to reported robberies a few weeks prior. Sheesh. It gets one star for looking cool from Broken Arrow Expressway though. That's it!!

Pharmacy is useless. I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for over an hour - I can’t do self service on the app. The set up / design is super messed up and they lack 80% of anything every other CVS stocks. Do better, or at minimum, what you claim to provide your consumers and patients

Cashier in pharmacy didn't put information in for sooner care prescription then when tried to fix it the hateful woman pharmacist told him to tell us to come back so he wouldn't have to mess with it. I asked for prescription back so we could go somewhere else. Then the pharmacist tried to say the insurance wouldn't cover it. She lied got it filled at Walgreens with no problem. Then found out she had dispensed the wrong meds to another person.. DON'T GO THERE..

After the other big pharmacy told me they couldn’t give me a vaccine because they were too busy even though I had an appointment, I came here hoping they could take me as a walk-in. They did. Jenny was incredibly accommodating and friendly and I am grateful.
