Visit on Friday 2/19/21 - the Office on Huntington One can feel relieved that this center is open during this Covid time. But then, make sure you know what services are available. First there is only one window — a table set against the entrance door staffed by one person with her laptop. With the plexiglass shield and our masks, make sure you speak clearly and loud enough. The line is formed along the sidewalk in the open. Make sure you dress warm enough to stand in the cold weather. I feel sorry for the elderly and the young children that stood in line with me. With only one staff to help, be prepared to wait for a while. I feel the pressure put on the lone staff at that single window so let us be patient and hopefully our questions get answered without delay. My appreciation to the young lady who manned the window yesterday. I could see how patient and professional she handled the clients. I just wish to see the place a bit more ‘humane’ and warm. Just a tiny bit.

Hours have changed. 9am - 11am and 1pm to 3pm. Individuals will only be allowed in to get EBT cards and to make photo copies.

My best experience so far in public service offices. Alexandra helped me so much, explained me all I needed and shared all necessary information with me. She is very professional and knows what she does. I was done in a timely manner and left the office being happy. So glad I didn't follow the bad reviews here and went there anyway.
