Location is wonderful but the store is barely stocked and customer service is no where to be found. I love the container store but this location is not the place.

This store is a hot mess. Missing cashiers, missing online orders, missing stock. Makes it hard to support local businesses when the disorder and lack of professional services is so glaringly obvious. Waited weeks for an item I was charged upfront for that never showed up, and no updates provided. I had to make an extra trip in person to the store to get it resolved. Wasted money, effort, and time.

Many options available, in case that wasn't obvious. The staff was pleasant to me and in interactions with other customers I overheard in passing. Prices are not cheap but the cost wasn't outrageous. Comparable to other department stores but not competitive with, say, Costco; However the selection makes up for that.
