Pretty bad when a former employee recommends you to another veterinarian. I called on an emergency situation to be put off by the on-call person who was busy with supper? Yeah, enjoy dinner. Ridiculous! DO NOT trust your pets with these people. This is the second and last bad experience with these hacks. Thank you Spencer for actually taking the time for giving a real solution. Expensive and unreliable!

They discriminate. They will insinuate you are dirty due to who you are related to. They will bring your children up into the conversation. Come into my home. Then tell me its dirty. My previous dog I had for 8 years from the day he was born until he got sick. Then my vet & I did everything possible to save him. Ask my vet how healthy my baby was before that. Ask how clean he was. How can you possibly accuse me of things that you haven't even checked into? I am not who I am related to. I'm trying to get the dog I have loved for the last 6 years. But go ahead punish us both.

It depends on a lot of things, does your dog have rabies or city license tags we can look up to try to track the your name & phone number? In that case, it costs the least. If it has no tags, we get a picture on FB as soon as we can & count on our followers to share the picture. The sooner the owners come in, the cheaper it is. All lost dogs the police catch are brought to us, so contact us as soon as your dog is missing. If we don't have it yet, we will call you as soon as we do if you leave us your phone number.
