Disappointed with this hotel. Hotel front staff excellent but the hotel owner need to put some money into improvements and staff (housekeeping) improvements/training? My room (suite upgrade) had several carpet stains in it, had a damaged air conditioning unit, 2 tv remotes with low batteries, filthy windows, and dark/dingy lighting. The hotel should pay me $150/night to stay here.

I booked a 6 day stay starting with my daughter the 1st day and wife and myself thr remainder 5 days. Room and staff were great. The promised breakfast was severly lacking if not at all. Excuse was that they did not have anything to cook. Management evidently could care less about the things that could take a hotel from mediocre to great. Don't put stale store bought donuts in heating tins and pass it off as continental breakfast. I know this was not any employee's fault since every one I came in contact with were exceptional. Management needs a serious looking at!!! Fred Sontag
