I wish I could do less stars than I did. Scheduled an appointment to fix a flat. Got there and was ditched by two guys before I was rudely told by some lady that they were having a tire sale and it would be 4 hours before they could squeeze me in. Never been treated so poorly by a business.

I went in to get a new rear tire for my truck. The other rear tire had been replaced three months prior. The two on the front were also bad and needed replaced. The guy came in and told me all 4 tires needed replaced. I knew my tire on the driver rear was nearly new and he told me the technician said all tires were bad. So I told him it is fine and did not need replaced. So he went back out to take a look. Came back and all of a sudden the tire was fine. If I didn’t know any better they would have made me replace a tire that was new to begin with.

Do not take your vehicle here, they will attempt to overcharge and scam you in any way they can. My car was having an overheating problem and they quoted me $5,000 in repair for my battery, gaskets, brake fluid, water pump, etc. Took it to a dealership for a second opinion and got my battery recharged and water pump replaced for $300. Nothing was wrong with any of the systems they claimed needed immediate repair and replacement.

I asked to have two new tires put in my vehicle which totaled over $450.00. I gave the service manager my key and sat down in the lobby area. 45 minutes later I got up to see if my vehicle was in the bay and it wasn’t. I waited another 30 minutes and got up again to see they had placed my vehicle on a lift and removed the back tires. After waiting and watching the service manager and a couple of his employees laughing, talking, and looking at their cell phones another hour past. I finally made contact with the service manager and told him to put my old tires back on my car and that I would take my business elsewhere. It took the service manager 5 minutes to put my tires back on my vehicle. Furthermore, while sitting in the lobby for over 2.5 hours I overheard the Manager complaining and making derogatory statements about customers who were calling in with questions. Buyers beware DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this place!!
