Best Western Plus Cimarron Hotel & Suites

In town one night for a family event. Have stayed here a couple of other times as well. We had made reservations about 1 month in advance. We learned the hard way on another trip NOT to book through Expedia. They bungled our very important trip reservations before. No amount of savings on expedia was worth the hassle of thinking we had confirmed reservations then finding ourselves on the curb.Even that time, (OSU Spring geaduation!) the Cimarron staff called around town and found other accommodations for us. So, hooray for them again. Now we call the Cimarron directly. Clerks are always so courteous and efficient. Reservations correct every time with a direct call. The rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast bar with great food. Location to OSU is perfect for a walk to campus. Price is acceptable and in close range to other hotels. Parking lot well lighted. Panera Bread next door. We'll be back anytime we need to stay in Stillwater.

This place was excellent!! The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. After a long, stressful day, we just needed somewhere to stay for the night and the staff here made sure we were as comfortable as possible. We will be staying here again!!

The rooms are very large and clean, and the hotel is close to campus. It would have been a nice stay except for the bar. There is a bar on the 4th floor, and if you are on 3 or 4 anywhere near that thing, you will not have a pleasant stay. The ceilings and walls were thumping with the bass and all the customer stomping until midnight, and you could clearly hear every lyric being screamed at the top of the bar patrons’ lungs. Despite calling the front desk multiple times, they politely acknowledged it was a known problem, and there had been multiple complaints from other rooms as well, and “hopefully it will die down soon”. That was the best they could do. I’d rather stay somewhere else than risk being put on that side of the building ever again

Positive: I like... All of it! Every little thing! The best of my experience was... The pool and spa! The staff! The price! The breakfast! Ok, just... Everything!(I might be overstating but I'm not exaggerating) It was magnificent! Negative: If I had to find something... The little plate in the microwave was not the one for THIS microwave. How petty that is... Ikr? Oh, WAIT! THE CHILD SCREAMING AT HIS PARENTS IN THE POOL AREA! Ugghh! Lol
