Worst CS ever. Lost my registered mail one day after leaving the pink notice. emailed, called. Promised to return my call and never did. The attitude was like "they don't give a sht about the lost mail and we can't do anything about it"

I don't get packages through usps a lot, and they already lost two of my packages. There was one time I was expecting a package, and saw the delivery person leaving already without delivering my package. I had to chase the person down and asked if my package is there. She even told me no. I asked her to check and again she said oh, it's this one. So unbelievably unreliable. One time I filed a package search request and got no response. Every time I am receiving something from the USPS, I have to have my fingers crossed that it will be delivered.

I had an amazing experience at this post office! I had a package delivered to an old address, and when that package was set to be sent back to the sender, I was able to walk in and ask that they intercept the package and change the address to my new one. They immediately were able to locate the driver that had my package and asked if he could change the address on it. They told me that they would deliver it the next day, but it instead showed up that night! 10/10 very very helpful and wonderful experience.

I kept the phone on speakerphone and when the person picks up after ONE HOUR, I was on hold for more time, then they said the person I needed to talk to is not available.
You have to call the 800 number. They won't give out the number
Does the San Ramon post office issue new ID cards

Appointment only office.
Also make sure whoever you make payments to has your new address as well. Don't just rely on fowarding.
Yes but you need to let your regular carrier know
I even get mail from other cities and the number and street don't even match. Just wondering what happen to my mail, couple of checks and invoices (resulted in late fees) never received. I like my delivery person, very friendly, but needed to paid attention to details.
It's usually open between 8:30am to 2pm on Saturdays unless it's a US or CA declared holiday
