This review is particularly for the Print and Marketing department-I’ve been blown away time and again by their customer service and their commitment to making sure we are satisfied with our final product. Last year Natashi helped make sure our holiday cards were perfect (there was a slight imperfection on one of the photos and she caught it and contacted us to fix it! We were blown away). This year Gabby and Noelle and Josie all went above and beyond to help make sure the process went smoothly with our 200 custom cards, and thanks to Josie helping us swap out a picture, they turned out perfect once again. I will most definitely use Staples every year for all of my cards and we will continue to drive the 30 minutes to go to this particular location where their employees are absolute fantastic and truly care about their customers.

Started by going to the shipping counter and asked if i could mail my package to an APO address. The gentle man at the counter was nice and was not aware of an APO address, so i told him what it was. He said he was not aware if they could but he will check the address on his computer and find out if they could deliver the package or not. The General Manger started interfering from a distance spoke with an attitude and said "we don't send priority mail which you have and staple only uses UPS." I told her I can purchase a box and send these by UPS since i am already here. Can you tell me if the UPS service which you use delivers to an APO address? She stated "you would better be off if you take the package to UPS and find out." I repeated myself again and said all i want to know is if UPS delivers to an APO address? Yes or No. Since I am already here, why drive all the way to UPS. She puts her hands on my package and said you need to go to UPS and walked away to help another customer. The original employee who was helping me walked towards me and said if i need additional help. The General Manager held her hand high into the air and stopped the employee from assisting me and told him "leave him alone". Dear General Manager, there was no reason for you to interfere into this conversation because the gentle man was very helpful. All i wanted to know was does your mail service delivers to an APO and the answer was never provided. Listen to your customers next time. It was a yes and no issue. Been going to this location for years and now i would never even pass by it. Great job General Manager.

The worst customer service I've received in a while! All I wanted was to print three pages for school from google drive.. It took about half an hour or so just to print it because their internet explorer wasn't updated. Not only was I annoyed... their attitudes about it was terrible! If I didn't remind them to refund my staples card, they would have forgot as I was leaving. In the end they did it on their computer which took a total of two minutes! The internet explorer still didn't update from the public computer. The manager helped for a bit, but ended just leaving not taking fully charge and helping. I had to go up to one of the nicer workers and finally he helped me print on the computer in the back. One thing that was really agitating was seeing the manager nice to a new customer and then seeing her so dismissive about my problem. You could tell she had an attitude about it which I don't understand...
