Oh my goodness I have never in my life experienced a more rude and disrespectful man. I called on a Sunday as the website provided a 1-800 number with NO hours identified to inquire about getting my children passports. A gentleman answered the phone and immediately started yelling "we are closed, it is Sunday, no one is open on Sunday...this is Christ's day, Jesus' day and no one works". I simply explained that I was unaware and they have a 1-800 number and he should not have picked up the phone then. He continued to blame me for calling and telling me to go to the website - which I obviously already did but needed to ask more questions. He constantly talked over me in such a rude and aggressive manner. A simple "I'm really sorry but we in fact are not open on Sundays, I will take your number down and call you tomorrow" would have been appropriate. I will be sure to never use this place and will tell anyone I know to NEVER go to them.
