We made an appointment for 3:15 after waiting with 11 people 4 children ages 11 to 2 we got in at 4:00 the children were very hot and tired and we thought the session was rushed . The photographer didn't have any idea of the individual family photos or the second background. Everyone was hot and upset kids crying. She looked surprise and said you want to talk all them with the second background?? we were rushed through looked at the pictures quickly and left. The manager was there did nothing but leave she talked friendly to the people in front of us that ran into our session she could have taken them to choose photos instead of having the only photographer do it and make our wait longer. Very bad experience also we had 40 percent coupon website says cd is usually 150 they told us it would be 110 that's not 40 percent off. Robinson jcp would not recommend to anyone.

Super bummed about our Christmas photos this year. We had a Groupon for 3 digital images and 1 print. We skipped getting the print and struggled to even select 3 pictures. Seasonal staff needs better training, I could tell she was overwhelmed. (I can’t even blame our photographer! Shame on corporate for lack of training and overbooking).

Photographer is great and the main reason for the 5 stars. Corporate should give staff more than 15 minutes between appointments specially during the holidays and due to covid. Corporate is the issue with the wait times the occur. Temporary employees for the holiday season definitely need better training.

We waited an hour and a 1/2 past our appointment time because they were behind schedule due to a broken camera. Staff should have called in advance to notify the dozens on people who were affected and also been a bit more understanding and empathetic Especially with people waiting with children. The photographer did a nice job but we were so rushed that we did not even have time to look at the photos. We came Offer for Christmas cards which we selected and and did not even realize we were not asked to personalize the cards. When they arrived yesterday, they only had our photos printed on the card and nothing else. I will not be able to send these and unfortunately most likely do not have time to wait for a reprint. Unless these can be printed and overnighted we wasted hours.
